Phil Biggs

Phil Biggs paints solely in watercolour, trying to capture the light and atmosphere of the landscape. He paints plein-air as often as possible. His style is traditional, led by such 20th century artists as Ted Wesson, James Fletcher-Watson and Edward Seago. He is a PA for the SAA and offers one-to-one tuition in his home studio, as well as demonstrating to and running workshops for art groups and societies.
