Paul holds a BA in Graphic Design and has studied Art and Design at Sheffield, Wolverhampton and the University of London (Institute of Education). He has also been awarded two Post 16 teaching certificates and now has a wide experience of facilitating courses, workshops, talks and lectures for a variety of institutions.

After a career as a Graphic Designer and Consultant, he started to exhibit paintings in 2001. Paul has held six solo shows in Manchester, Cheshire and London galleries. He has also shown in many group exhibitions; venues include the Sunderland Museum and Art Gallery, the Turnpike and the RCA (Royal College of Art, London).
