Kerry is professional artist and art tutor and is passionate about learning and practising watercolour techniques, she thoroughly enjoys passing on her experience to others. The more one learns the more enjoyable painting becomes, a blessing in times of much needed mindfulness.

Kerry has been tutoring watercolours for 5 years, from small groups in her studio in Battle to much larger groups at locations across Kent and East Sussex. She has been demonstrating and running workshops with many groups and clubs throughout this area. She is also an active member of her local arts community and sits on the committee of the Battle and District Arts Group.

Since Covid-19, Kerry has been using the Zoom platform for online classes, workshops and demonstrations. She will continue focusing on her online activities until life returns to a new normal. This also means that distance is no object at all, we can all connect for an enjoyable and informative demonstration or workshop session where ever your art group is based.

She has a number of demonstration and teaching articles published in The Leisure Painter and SAA Paint magazines.

Kerry thoroughly enjoys creating paintings of the natural world, as she sees it. She particularly gets inspiration from animals, capturing the look in the eyes.
