Heidi Robinson

Heidi says 'I discovered stained glass about 7 years ago after my mother sent me on a beginners course to get over the shock of having a baby. One week later I was hooked. Then someone gave me a great deal on a used kiln and the world of fusing opened up. The rest, as they say, is history. I love working with glass - the colours, textures and reflectivity make it a wonderful organic material, and I design pieces for the joy in seeing them come to life, often in ways more beautiful than I had imagined. I have completed a number of commissions including door panels, bespoke dishes and jewellery pieces.'
